How do I secure a booking?
Once you select an artist and agree on the services, you'll pay a small, secure deposit through the platform. The remaining balance is paid directly to the artist on the day of the event.
What is the show-up guarantee?
We verify all our artists. In the highly unlikely event of a no-show due to an extreme emergency, your deposit is 100% refunded and our support team will help you find an immediate replacement.
As an artist, how do I get paid?
Your deposits are held securely and released directly to your linked bank account within 24-48 hours after the successful completion of the booking.
