1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BookMyBeautician. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Payments

Bookings are secure when made through our platform. You agree to pay the full booking amount online at the time of booking to secure your appointment. All payments are processed securely through our platform and settled directly with the artist after the event is successfully completed.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer cancellations are subject to our tiered refund policy based on the number of days remaining until the scheduled event date:

• 60 days or more prior: 100% refund (0% fee).
• 59 to 30 days prior: 80% refund (20% fee).
• 29 to 15 days prior: 75% refund (25% fee).
• 14 to 8 days prior: 50% refund (50% fee).
• 7 days or less prior / No-show: No refund (100% fee).

If an artist cancels a confirmed booking, the customer will always receive a 100% refund.

4. Platform Conduct

Users must provide accurate information when registering or booking. Any harassment, inappropriate behavior, or circumvention of the platform payment process may result in immediate account termination.
